Commercial Lines Account Manager

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for our clients. Responsibilities include :

• Preparing accurate and complete insurance applications using underwriting info provided by the producer
• Collaborating daily with the Commercial Lines Manager on key deadlines and ongoing projects
• Coordinating with internal service teams to ensure timely, client-focused execution
• Supporting marketing efforts alongside your assigned Account Executive, including market selection and outreach
• Following up with carriers for quotations and ensuring timely proposal development
• Creating and revising proposals per Account Executive direction and producer / client meetings
• Verifying consistency between submissions, quotes, and final proposals
• Assisting producers with binder issuance and obtaining client sign-offs
• Managing certificate issuance, invoicing, and policy checks
• Reviewing endorsements for accuracy and processing auto ID cards
