We're seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join a thriving family dental practice in Midland Park, NJ. This is a full-time opportunity, Monday through Friday, with no Medicaid and no DMO plans allowing you to focus on quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, well-equipped environment.

Position Highlights :

Guaranteed daily base ($600 $800 / day) plus monthly collections bonus

Paid malpractice insurance and continuing education reimbursement

Full-time benefits including medical, vision, and dental coverage

Patient-first philosophy with no high-volume pressure

Qualifications :

DDS / DMD from an accredited dental school

Active NJ dental license

Certificate from an accredited U.S. Oral Surgery Residency Program (if applicable)

Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care

What You'll Do :

Provide general and cosmetic dental care to a diverse patient base

Perform exams, cleanings, restorative procedures, and Invisalign treatments

Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Deliver care using advanced technologies in a modern office setting
