We are seeking an experienced professional in transactional, small commercial insurance who enjoys this field.

An Account Manager (AM) is responsible for the daily servicing, maintenance, and retention of an assigned book of business, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. The AM must be licensed and authorized to bind coverages according to carrier agreements and company policies.

The candidate should have a working knowledge of all lines of commercial insurance and be capable of coordinating, reviewing, and monitoring technical support for client accounts, including but not limited to :

• Compiling and organizing client information for new and renewal business processing.
• Responding to client and carrier requests, processing cancellations and endorsements, and assisting in marketing accounts.
• Discussing coverages, options, and assisting clients in decision-making; recommending coverage enhancements as appropriate.
• Preparing oral and written presentations for clients and prospects.
• Obtaining customer feedback, documenting conversations, and taking appropriate actions.
• Monitoring strategy reports and expiration lists to initiate renewal processes.
• Meeting marketing goals for submissions.
• Entering data into AMS360 to generate applications, binders, certificates, and coverage summaries.
• Preparing proposals and assisting with premium collections.
• Maintaining high staff relationships and collaborating with team members.
• Communicating with Account Executives & Producers.
