We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the design and implementation of a centralized employee relations case management system. This initiative will transition the organization from manual, disparate processes to a unified platform that strengthens governance, safeguards sensitive information, and streamlines compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

In this role, you will :

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of a centralized case management platform for employee relations.
• Oversee the transition from fragmented manual systems to a scalable, unified solution that improves consistency and transparency.
• Partner with legal, compliance, HR, and IT stakeholders to design workflows that incorporate legal privilege and regulatory requirements.
• Define and maintain governance, privacy, and data security standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate vendor evaluation, selection, and integration of the chosen technology solution.
• Translate complex legal and compliance considerations into system functionality, documentation, and end-user processes.
• Monitor project performance, risks, and interdependencies, providing clear communication and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure adoption of standardized tools, templates, and best practices while maintaining alignment with enterprise PMO expectations.
