Responsibilities\n\nAs a Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN), you will play a crucial role in the healthcare team by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. You will utilize advanced monitoring equipment to measure vital signs including heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, blood oxygen levels, and electrocardiogram information. Your key responsibilities will include : \n

• Preparing, administering, and recording prescribed medications, while reporting any adverse reactions in line with established policies.\n
• Assisting the physician during patient examinations and treatment procedures by preparing necessary equipment.\n
• Identifying irregular telemetry readings and promptly notifying the appropriate medical team member.\n
