1st shift Warehouse Administrator

Company Mission  To be the world’s leading manufacturer of complex food ingredients, specializing in the industrial supply of custom developed food solutions for the world’s leading retail food, foodservice and healthcare product manufacturers.    Job Mission  This position contributes to the company’s success by serving as the plant’s CMMS administrator while at the same time serving as an administrative support person for the department.   Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions   Electronically books all inbound appointments.   Assists as requested to arrange deliveries to customers.   Assists other warehouse and logistics personnel to keep files and reports up to date as requested.   Works with planning and scheduling to effectively communicate issues regarding deliveries that may impact the production schedule.   Regular and predictable attendance required  Serves as a back-up to shippers / receives and other warehouse personnel as necessary.   Completes general administrative duties.   Regular and predictable attendance required.    Competencies   Hands-On Training Possesses relevant, on-the-job experience.   Verbal Communication Communicates clearly through speech.   Fosters Positive Environment Fosters constructive dialog and feelings toward the job and others.   Customer Focused Models a service mentality   Collaborative Works well with co-workers to seek solutions to issues.   Dependable Fulfills obligations by being reliable and responsible.     To be eligible for this position you must meet all the following criteria :

• High School Diploma or GED required   Experience in a warehouse facility required, food manufacturing warehouse facility a plus   Ability to perform Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Warehouse Administrator Role  Proficiency reads, writes, and speaks English.   Proficient at basic math and Microsoft Excel.
