We are seeking an International Military Move Coordinator with proven experience in Code 4 military shipments. This role is key in supporting smooth, compliant, and timely household goods relocations for military personnel globally.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate Code 4 military shipments in compliance with U.S. Department of Defense guidelines
• Liaise with military members, transportation offices, and agents to ensure seamless move execution
• Schedule pickups, deliveries, and overseas shipments, ensuring all documentation is prepared
• Track shipments across multiple global destinations, ensuring timely updates and delivery
• Handle customs documentation and international shipping compliance for household goods
• Serve as the primary point of contact for service members throughout the moving process
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Update internal systems and maintain accurate files for each military move
• Monitor performance metrics (claims, delivery windows, etc.) and work toward continuous improvement
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, port agents, and carriers to ensure operational flow
• Assist with invoicing, audits, and follow-ups to meet government standards
• Provide support to team members on military relocation policies and procedures
