Product Manager
UTA seeks a Product Manager to drive product execution and cross-functional initiatives that power the future of talent and brand representation. This role blends product ownership with rigorous business analysis to shape solutions that scale our creator-first platform, connect world-class talent with leading brands, and optimize business operations.
The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $140,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Creators, Brand Partnerships, Marketing, and Technology to gather requirements, define user stories, and translate business needs into actionable product roadmaps
- Lead product discovery and analysis for new digital tools, platforms, and data products that empower creators, strengthen client relationships, and unlock operational efficiency
- Manage the full product development lifecycleconcept, requirements, design, testing, deployment, and adoption
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to ensure technical feasibility and prioritization, while balancing trade-offs across speed, scalability, and user experience
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform product vision and identify emerging opportunities in creator monetization, brand partnerships, and media
- Measure product adoption, business impact, and performance
- Drive data-driven insights to analyze usage trends and business outcomes
- Provide clear updates and recommendations to leadership, presenting technical concepts in business terms that resonate with senior executives and stakeholders
- Run demos, trainings, and feedback sessions with creators and internal teams to ensure solutions are intuitive and impactful
- Act as a connector across technical and non-technical groups, ensuring alignment, accountability, and on-time delivery
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI / ML technologies to drive automation, personalization, and advanced insights across enterprise workflows and creator-facing products
What You Will Need
6+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or program management, ideally in creator economy, digital media, or SaaS productsProven success defining and delivering digital products or platforms that integrate business workflows with technology solutionsStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and communicate insights to drive decisionsUnderstanding of the latest AI trends with proven ability to evaluate, implement, and scale AI / ML solutions in an enterprise environmentExperience with development methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, ProductBoard or similar)Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to bridge perspectives between engineering teams and business-focused stakeholdersTrack record of thriving in high-paced, evolving environments while maintaining a structured, data-informed approachFamiliarity with modern data systems (Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI) and cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) a plusBackground in creator platforms, brand partnerships, entertainment, or digital marketplaces is strongly preferredWhat You Will Get
