Job Title : Software Support Specialist

Join our team as a Software Support Specialist in the greater Portland, ME area for a contract opportunity. This hybrid onsite role offers a pay range of $50.00 / hr - $56.00 / hr , depending on skills and experience. Our benefits include healthcare (medical with HSA), dental and vision insurance, and a 401k plan.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and evaluate data to support software development solutions.
  • Assist in the development, design, testing, and implementation of software products.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, coding, research, documentation, and other related activities.
  • Provide customer support by troubleshooting issues and contributing to documentation for production and releases.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to support customers on a rolling schedule.

Qualifications :

  • At least 3 years of experience in software support.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Basic IT skills such as networking, Windows support, and functional testing.
