About the Role The COO reports directly to the Head of School and serves as a key member of the senior leadership team.

This is a high-impact position responsible for ensuring that all non-academic functions of the school operate with excellence and efficiency.

From long-range planning to day-to-day execution, you will drive innovation, manage complex systems, and lead cross-departmental teams to support a thriving learning environment.
