A company is looking for a Claims Attorney to evaluate and manage claims related to Employment Practices Liability policies.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the litigation process for claims to minimize company risk of loss
Analyze coverage issues, conduct investigations, and evaluate moderately complex claims
Prepare and draft legal correspondence and maintain claim files, updating them as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) degree or equivalent education / experience
Required licensure to practice law in the applicable state jurisdiction(s)
2 years of relevant legal and / or professional experience in insurance claims
