Are you a passionate Workday HCM expert ready to make a difference? We are on the lookout for an experienced Workday HCM Configuration Consultant to support configuration, security setup, reporting, and module optimization across the Workday Human Capital Management platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Performance, and Advanced Compensation modules, as well as hands-on experience with EIBs, advanced reporting, and security frameworks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM Core modules, including organizational structures, business processes, and security roles.
- Lead configuration and optimization of Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Performance modules.
- Set up and manage Workday Security Groups, domain security policies, and business process permissions.
- Build and deploy Workday Advanced Reports, custom dashboards, and calculated fields to support analytics and compliance.
- Develop and execute EIB loads for data imports / exports and integrations between Workday and external systems.
- Conduct end-to-end testing, validation, and documentation for HCM and compensation configurations.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical configurations.
- Ensure system design aligns with Workday best practices, data governance, and security standards.
Required Skills & Experience :
5+ years of Workday HCM configuration experience, including Core HCM, Compensation, and Performance.Proven hands-on experience with EIB build and load, Advanced Reporting, and Security setup.Strong understanding of Workday security model, including business process security and domain policies.Demonstrated expertise in Advanced Compensation configuration - merit, bonus, stock plans, and eligibility rules.Familiarity with Performance module setup, review templates, and goal alignment processes.Solid experience creating and maintaining custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Workday Certified in HCM Core, Compensation, or Advanced Compensation.Experience working in enterprise or multi-entity environments.Strong knowledge of HR data structures, compliance, and reporting frameworks.Prior experience supporting Workday releases and regression testing cycles.Apparel and retail experience is a bonus, but not a blocker for this role.Benefits :
