As a FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL , you will be trusted to utilize your root cause analysis and problem solving skills to manage inbound calls, online chats, and messages in our state-of-the-art contact center. Please note : Initial classroom and on-the-job training will be provided onsite. After training, employees will continue to work onsite and may be given the opportunity to work remotely in the future.
The likely hourly rate for this position is between $14.76 - $19.98. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
