As a key player in our team, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Web Analytics and Marketing Measurement tools, focusing on enhancing our Adobe Analytics infrastructure and implementing attribution models. This role requires close collaboration with Engineering, Data Analytics, and Digital Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to create strategic web analytics plans that focus on customer journeys, traffic acquisition, website performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead a dedicated team of tagging engineers to ensure precise tagging of eCommerce features for comprehensive data collection and analysis.
  • Establish and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for web analytics initiatives.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and practices in web analytics and the digital marketing landscape.

What You Bring to the Table :

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Adobe Analytics, with expertise in eVars, props, events, and Customer Journey Analytics.
  • A strong technical background in site tags, tracking pixels, and web tracking mechanisms.
  • Proven experience with web analytics tools and analyzing metrics such as traffic, site engagement, conversion, and attribution.
  • In-depth knowledge of data collection best practices, data quality standards, and governance principles.
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of extensive experience in quantitative analytics using Adobe Analytics.
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience in delivering analytical solutions.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Analytics / Statistics.
  • Certifications in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with A / B testing processes and methodologies.
  • Experience with SQL and a solid understanding of data warehouse architecture.
  • Exposure to Google Analytics and Rockerbox.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
