job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor for unusual activity and report security-related concerns as required. Interact professionally with visitors, staff, and / or the public while maintaining a visible presence. Follow all protocols for access control, including verifying identification and / or credentials as needed. Assist with incident documentation and reporting in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Have at least 1 year of experience in armed security-related, law enforcement, or military roles. Possess an active armed guard card or license as required by applicable laws. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Security Professional - Armed Government Patrol
As a Security Professional - Armed Government Patrol in Hoffman, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more.
As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment at a government location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, staying visible to help prevent incidents, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. This is both an armed and driving post, requiring you to respond promptly and professionally to any security-related concerns. DayTime Thur 05 : 45 AM - 06 : 00 PM Fri 05 : 45 AM - 06 : 00 PM Sat 05 : 45 AM - 06 : 00 PM

- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
