The role is ideal for an individual looking to enter the games industry from University or to grow their existing experience within the premier development environment at Crystal. As a Junior Artist, they may be applied to a number of different areas within their field in order to build their experience within a production setting.

It is expected that the ideal candidate has the drive and motivation to learn the essential skills to be successful, and is expected to display enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
