Director Of Financial Planning & Analysis

As the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will serve as a key strategic finance leader, providing strategic, top level support and guidance across the organization. This highly visible role is responsible for leading the company's enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, as well as delivering actionable insights that drive business performance. You will oversee a team of embedded financial analysts, ensuring strong financial rigor, strategic alignment, and continuous improvement in planning and decision-making.
The FP&A team is part of the Finance organization which is responsible for financial reporting requirements, various weekly and monthly reporting, preparation of Management Review Packages, investor relations support, business forecasting, M&A modeling, and involvement with ad-hoc projects.

Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and / or fly to client and other customer locations. The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed bi-weekly.
