Looking for your next precision machining role? Join our team as a 2nd Shift CNC Operator working on CNC lathes in a clean, air-conditioned shop. We value reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork—and we want someone who takes pride in producing high-quality precision parts.

What You’ll Do :

  • Operate CNC lathes to produce precision components.
  • Monitor machines and maintain quality standards throughout the shift.
  • Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
  • Keep your workspace organized and follow all safety protocols.
  • Work closely with teammates to ensure consistent quality and efficient production.

What We’re Looking For :

  • CNC lathe experience.
  • Strong understanding of tooling, feeds, speeds, and material properties.
  • Skilled in precision measurement and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to producing quality work.
