As an Account Representative, you'll be the friendly face (and voice) that customers rely on. You'll help them with their printing and marketing needs, recommend value-added services, and ensure their orders are processed smoothly. You'll also build and maintain strong relationships with our customers to help them succeed. Here's a snapshot of what your day might look like :

• Providing quotes, entering orders into our system, and following up on estimates.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Helping customers figure out their printing needs and offering solutions.
• Managing customer accounts, meeting customer needs, and providing project updates.
• Handling transactions and ensuring everything is priced and processed correctly.
• Maintaining customer information for future follow-up.
• Building trust and strong relationships with customers by taking an active interest in their projects' success.
• Jumping in to support the team when someone's out or needs help.

Compensation : $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
