We are actively seeking a passionate Dental Care Assistant to join our expanding team! As a Dental Care Assistant (DCA) , you will play a crucial role in supporting our dental team and providing exceptional care to our patients. Responsibilities :

  • Deliver compassionate and quality care to every patient.
  • Guide parents and patients through our processes before treatment.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide postoperative instructions.
  • Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
  • Take and manage x-rays, ensuring they are saved to patient charts (dependent on location).
  • Maintain operational readiness of hygiene bays and operatory rooms.
  • Prepare tray setups for dental procedures.
  • Mix dental materials and prepare impression materials.
  • Sterilize and disinfect instruments and treatment areas.
  • Assist our professional dental staff during procedures, including documenting treatment plans and assisting with surgical tasks.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity by following all regulations and compliance programs.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • X-ray certification preferred according to state and individual practices.
  • Certified dental assistant credentials preferred according to state and individual practices.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus (location dependent).
  • Commit to upholding regulations and standards set by our company.
  • Complete additional duties as required.
