The Role

The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator supports manufacturing and operations, ensuring accurate and compliant shipping and receiving for the organization. This is an in office position at our Redwood City, CA location.

Responsibilities & Goals

Job duties include but are not limited to :

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for domestic and international shipments.
• Ship Hazardous materials in compliance with applicable DOT, IATA regulations.
• Generate shipping documents, including commercial invoices, BOLs, and DG (Dangerous goods declarations.)
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the Seer ERP system.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Coordinate with carriers for pickup and delivery scheduling.
• Operate warehouse equipment, (e.g. pallet jack, stacker) safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Physical Requirements

At Seer, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $30 and $38 per hour, and will depend on the candidates education, skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This position is also eligible for bonus, benefits, and participation in Company's stock option plan.
