As a Warranty Plumber at Wilson McLain Plumbing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing an excellent warranty experience. Your responsibilities will include the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing fixtures, pipes, and fittings. Collaborating closely with other team members, you will contribute to the timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols and relevant building codes and regulations. So, being well-versed and flexible is a must.

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing plumbing issues, conducting inspections, and implementing appropriate repair methods. Your ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications will be essential in planning plumbing installations. You will also work alongside other tradespeople, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to coordinate project activities effectively.

Using a variety of hand and power tools, you will cut, bend, and thread pipes, as well as assemble and install plumbing systems. Thoroughly testing plumbing systems for leaks and ensuring proper functionality will be among your key tasks. You will maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used, and you may be involved in providing estimates for plumbing projects and procuring necessary materials.

Exceptional customer service skills are vital in this role, as you will interact with clients and demonstrate professionalism at all times. Staying up to date with industry trends, codes, and regulations related to commercial plumbing will be crucial in performing your duties effectively and delivering high-quality work.

Overall, as a Warranty Plumber at Wilson McLain Plumbing, you will contribute to the successful implementation and maintenance of plumbing systems in new residential homes as well as existing homes, ensuring their proper functioning and compliance with industry standards.

Essential Job Functions :
