Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Construction Recruiter to join our team and lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for field and skilled trade positions, including Foremen, Electrical Journeymen, Concrete Finishers, Operators and Laborers. This role plays a critical part in building strong field teams by sourcing, engaging, and hiring top construction talent to support ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type : Non-Exempt

Pay : $26.00 - $28.00 Hourly

The above represents the expected range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.

Schedule :

8-hour shift Mondays Fridays 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.

Ability to commute / relocate :

Costa Mesa, CA 92626 : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location : In-person (office) no hybrid or remote work
