Your Role
Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation and employment defense matters, with an emphasis on medical malpractice.Handle cases from initial intake through trial preparation, including discovery, depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and developing case strategies.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners, participate in client meetings, and appear in court as necessary.Demonstrate exceptional legal writing skills through memos, summaries, and pleadings.What We're Looking For
Some civil litigation experience.Strong writing and communication skills are essential.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Willingness to travel to court in California when required.Salary Range : $130,000 - $200,000 depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus potential
