A company is looking for a Temporary Broker Call Center Rep.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality online and telephone assistance to customers, including members, brokers, and employers
Resolve inquiries and issues related to eligibility, benefits, claims processes, and other customer support functions
Make recommendations for process improvements and maintain communication with internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Experience in customer service and handling a high volume of calls
Familiarity with telephone protocol and documenting calls
Excellent listening skills
Bilingual in Spanish
