The Role

We are seeking a Website Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our boutiques online presence while also supporting day-to-day e-commerce operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for aesthetics, a passion for fashion, and proven experience in digital marketing and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update website content, including product listings, visuals, and descriptions.
  • Optimize product pages for SEO and user experience.
  • Monitor website performance and customer journey, implementing improvements to increase conversion.
  • Assist Creative Director with daily tasks.
  • Answer customer emails and phone inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Pack and fulfill online orders, ensuring accuracy and a luxury presentation.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Track and analyze KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, website management, or digital marketing (luxury fashion experience preferred).
  • Proficiency with Shopify (or similar platforms); basic HTML / CSS knowledge a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury fashion and boutique retail.
  • Comfortable working independently within a small, collaborative team.
