Our wholesale operations supply branded and unbranded fuel to 300+ locations across New England and New York. We are ranked within the top 50 largest convenience store chains in the country, operating 150+ company-operated locations throughout New England and ranked within the top 10 largest car wash chains in the country

Nouria Energy is a fast pace, fast growing retail and wholesale petroleum company operating 155 locations from Maine into Connecticut with a corporate office located in Worcester, MA. We are seeking a motivated Purchasing Buyer who will be responsible for procurement of store equipment, supplies, negotiating favorable pricing and terms, inventory management, developing contractual agreements and RFP documents. Typical responsibilities include :

• Review purchase requests, create and track purchase orders
• Effectively manage supplier performance to meet cost and quality objectives
• Source and carry out new vendor qualifications activities
• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing, payment, and shipping terms
• Implement supplier agreements and statements of work (SOW) as needed
• Support competitive bid process for various projects and development analysis and recommendations
• Maintain supplier database for product master files
• Acts as a liaison between retail operations as it pertains to the requests of supplies and equipment
• Interact with accounting to ensure invoicing discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner
