Overview

Our client, an international boutique law firm , located in the heart of NYC's Financial District , is seeking a Business Immigration Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join its high-volume and robust immigration practice group. This role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a hybrid work schedule

Responsibilities

  • Drafting nonimmigrant visas (E-2, H-1B, L-1A / B Blanket and individual, and TN) as well as employment-based green cards (PERM, EB-1(C) mostly) and family-based adjustments.
  • Communicating regularly with clients.

Requirements

  • JD and admitted to practice law in any state
  • 3-5 years of business immigration experience
  • Must have experience independently drafting E-2 visas and petitions.
  • German fluency is preferred (though not required)
