  • Coordinate the collection and data entry of monthly energy usage data from utility invoices into internal energy tracking system or similar database and ensure completeness and accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Collect, clean and analyze the data for discrepancies
  • Audit utility vendor data and ensure payments, dates and usage data is accurate
  • How You'll Make An Impact :

    By collecting and translating energy usage data correctly and accurately, Bio-Rad will have the ability to publish the annual sustainability report.

    What You Bring :

    • Bachelor's degree in any related field
    • 1-3 years' experience in data analysis, energy analysis or related field.
    • Hands-on experience analyzing and interpreting data. Energy or sustainability data a plus.
    • Demonstrate ability to self-manage tasks and responsibilities
    • Demonstrate ability to identify and escalate issues that require additional resources to resolve
    • Ability to define problems, collect data, validate data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
    • Ability to troubleshoot and identify when discrepancies are present (ie. Account numbers, addresses, meter readings, missing monthly invoices or data)
    • Ability to maintain an organizational hierarchy in data and the database
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
    • Excellent written / verbal communication skills to peers, managers and clients
    • Compensation : The estimated hourly range for this position is $37.00 to $39.00 per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. As a temporary associate, your employment will be managed directly through our approved agency provider.
