Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in providing patient-centered care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This position is focused on delivering exceptional care based on established protocols and physician orders while fostering a supportive environment for patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care following organizational policies.
- Conduct detailed patient assessments, documenting findings and reporting changes.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitoring effects and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist during medical procedures within documented competencies.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
- Respond to emergencies and take part in life-saving interventions.
- Ensure patient education on conditions and treatment plans is clear and understood.
- Implement infection control procedures to safeguard against infections.
- Utilize medical equipment necessary for patient safety.
- Promote safety through adherence to established safety goals.
- Participate in audits and compliance checks to uphold standards.

Qualifications :
- 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or relevant student clinical rotations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Solid understanding of nursing processes and clinical practices.

- Proficiency in medication administration and monitoring.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Attention to detail in patient care documentation.
- Understanding of safety standards and infection control measures.
Licenses and Certifications :
- Current RN license required.
- BCLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP preferred.
