You will be responsible for allocating resources, creating budgets, keeping track of progress, and updating stakeholders at every stage of the project as the driving force behind its successful completion. With your experience, you can make sure the project is completed on schedule, under budget, and with ease and effectiveness. Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate restoration and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all project objectives are met on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restoration and construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
