We're seeking a Technical Coordinator to join our Engineering Department , supporting the creation, coordination, and execution of branded signage and image programs for national clients.

What you'll be doing :

• Assisting the Engineering team with project setup, artwork reviews, and scope of work preparation
• Creating brand books and visual renderings using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
• Managing data entry, electronic filing, and vendor invoice processing
• Reviewing surveys and artwork scopes of work
• Communicating with approved installers to coordinate signage surveys
• Preparing detailed specifications for mounting and installation methods
• Supporting ongoing improvement and organization of engineering processes
