Key Responsibilities

Execute air duct cleaning, dryer vent / chimney services, and insulation installs per SOPs / safety standards.

Communicate service details, educate on issues, and upsell add-ons (UV lights, sanitation, chimney caps).

Document jobs with photos / notes in CRM (e.g., Workiz); ensure accurate invoices.

Maintain stocked van, perform equipment checks, and drive professionally.

Qualifications

HS Diploma / GED; 1+ year in HVAC / air duct / insulation preferred (training provided).

Mechanically inclined with power tool proficiency; strong communication / customer service.

Detail-oriented, coachable, and independent; bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.

Valid driver’s license / clean record; available full-time including Saturdays.

Physically able : Attics, crawlspac
