Industrial Maintenance Operator (Graveyard Shift) (Hiring Immediately)

Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)

Pay : Starting at $31.46 per hour plus Shift Differential : $1.50 per hour (if applicable)

Hiring Bonus : $2500 ($750 @ 90 days, 180 day, $1000 @ 1 year

Shift & Working Hours : 12-hour Shift; 6 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM; Weekends / Overtime / Holidays as needed.

In this role, youll be a key member of our Land OLakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing maintenance of the facility and production equipment to ensure our plants can add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. Youll be responsible for the installation, ongoing maintenance, and necessary repairs for the facility and the production equipment. You will work with a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and controls. Join our team to become part of a member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities :

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
• Monitors performance of plant machinery and equipment for proper operating performance; performs regular and preventive maintenance, repairs, diagnoses, tests, troubleshoots, and inspections on all machinery and equipment; documents work accordingly
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
• Able to multi-task and keep up with demands in a fast-paced environment
