What to Expect

  • Develop responsive, accessible front-end code using HTML, CSS / SCSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Build and extend custom themes, templates, and Gutenberg blocks within WordPress VIP
  • Collaborate with marketers and designers to deliver visually precise and high-performing websites
  • Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility and performance optimization
  • Contribute to internal component libraries and uphold coding standards

    • What is Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in front-end development on CMS-driven, responsive websites
  • Proven expertise in WordPress VIP, including deployment workflows and performance optimization
  • Hands-on experience building custom Gutenberg blocks (React-based)
  • Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues

    • How to Stand Out

  • Familiarity with Git / GitHub workflows
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards, responsive design, and mobile-first development
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools for smooth designer / developer handoff
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS or digital marketing environments
