Licensed Practical Nurse

Join CAREonsite as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Occupational Health! CAREonsite , a division of Tang & Company , provides occupational medical services nationwide . We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with at least two years of clinical experience and strong administrative, computer, and Microsoft Office skills . This position manages the first aid station with minimal supervision , coordinates on-site clinic services , and supports disability case management while working closely with the nursing supervisor, Clinical Medical Director, and Operations Manager . Training in occupational health programs , including respiratory exams, hearing conservation, drug and alcohol testing, and surveillance physicals , will be provided. Schedule & Pay : Pay Range : $28 - $30 What You'll Do : Disability Case Management - Support Third-Party Administrators (TPA) in managing disability cases, fitness-for-duty exams, and functional capacity evaluations. Employee Support - Assist employees in returning to work after an illness or injury and support absence control programs. Collaboration - Work with local HR and supervisors on disability case management. Occupational Physician Support - Assist with the fitness-for-duty (FFD) process and occupational health programs. What We're Looking For : Current LPN license in the state of practice. Certification from an accredited school. 1 year of clinical experience (preferred). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. IV Blood Draw Certification with recent experience or completion of a refresher course. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation (preferred). Experience in occupational health or injury / illness case management (preferred). Strong administrative and computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency). Additional Requirements : 1. Leadership Experience 2.
