Account Executive

Responsibilities :
- Developing and managing relationships within our SMB market segment (1-1000 employee based companies)
- Managing complex sales-cycles and presenting to C-level executives the value of our enterprise suite of applications
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and referenceable customers
- Demonstrating our product via the Web
Required Skills / Experience :
3 – 5 years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experienceExperience selling business applications is strongly preferredExpertise in understanding the business processes and systems involved in running SMB size organizationsDemonstrable knowledge of key ROI and TCO principles used in financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecastingExperience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the CEO / CFO levelTrack record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positionsStrong and demonstrable written and verbal communications skillsExperience managing and closing complex sales-cyclesPrevious Sales Methodology training preferredATS, Staffing and CRM experience strongly preferredAbility to work in a fast pace, team environmentStrong customer referencesStrong computer skills, including anything SaaS relatedBachelor or University Degree required
