job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDrive pipeline automation, code deployment, and policy-as-code initiatives. Ensure code quality, standards, and Sonar scan remediation. Manage infrastructure and vulnerability aspects. Design, implement, and maintain CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins, including writing and optimizing Groovy scripts. Collaborate with Enterprise DevOps and Development teams to align and enforce policy-as-code standards. Manage deployments using IBM UrbanCode Deploy (uDeploy) - configuration, troubleshooting, and rollout strategies. Develop and maintain batch scripts, Python automation, and manifest files for provisioning and deployment. Lead Python-based deployment strategies, including packaging and environment management. Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance DevOps processes for reliability, scalability, and developer experience. Document configurations and best practices for knowledge sharing. Support and execute change requests. Collaborate on infrastructure vulnerability management with enterprise and "run the bank" teams. 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience Strong proficiency in Jenkins (including Groovy scripting and Sonar remediation) Experience implementing policy-as-code frameworks (preferred) Hands-on exposure with uDeploy, batch scripting, and manifest management 5+ years of experience with Bitbucket, Git commands, and version control Exposure to Python and writing unit tests Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills Nice to have : Ansible, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), secrets management, access control, vulnerability scanning Basic Python Basic Java Bitbucket GitHub Groovy scripting Perl scripting Bash scripting Microsoft Office tools Sonar Scan Strong written and verbal communication Effective team player Bachelor's degree preferred DevOps certification is a plus JK Rowling
