Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PCB Assembly Technician with current IPC-A-610 or IPC-7711 / 7721 certifications. This role involves hands-on printed circuit board assembly and rework, working in a team-oriented production environment, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities :

Assemble, solder, and inspect electronic components on PCBs to IPC-A-610 standards

Perform PCB rework and repair following IPC-7711 / 7721 guidelines

Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions

Operate hand tools, soldering equipment, and microscopes for precision work

Conduct visual inspections to ensure workmanship quality

Maintain accurate production records and adhere to company quality procedures

Requirements :

Valid IPC-A-610 or IPC-7711 / 7721 certifications

Experience in PCB assembly, soldering, and rework

Ability to read technical documents and drawings

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
