• Day shifts 7 am - 3 pm and 7 am - 5 pm with potential night and swing shifts
• 14 - 16 patients per day shift, 7 admits per night shift
• Closed ICU environment
• Cross coverage calls during night shifts
• Hospitalists responsible for code management
• EMR : Amion
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
