Mission Housing Resident Manager / Studio Apt Included role at Caritas Management Corporation. Studio apartment included (1637 15th Street) at no cost. Parking included. Recertification or LIHTC required. You will have a desk at our corporate office (1358 Valencia Street).

Responsibilities

• Resident Manager for 76 units scattered in the Mission District. Daily administration, maintenance and full occupancy of the residential community in San Francisco.
• Supervision of staff and contractual workers; after-hours emergencies by pager; rent collection & posting; bank deposits; tenant selection; maintenance oversight; unit inspections; move-in / out procedures; lease agreements; tenant files; tenant relations; recertifications; processing legal notices; attending required meetings, training seminars and workshops.
