Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM

Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience is required from last 4 years.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months

Additional Details :

Guaranteed Hours 36 hours per week

Common diagnoses / Types of patients Ortho, postop total joints, general MedSurg overflow

Must have skills experience at a larger facility with a lot of surgeries / high acuity patients, must be comfortable with lines, chest tubes

Weekend Requirement every other or 2 weekends per month is standard, could be higher to meet needs of department

Holiday Requirement rotate in with regular staff

No Call or a Standby requirement

Floating Requirements? within skillset, all staff float between all MedSurg units. higher acuity patients would be given to core staff

Scrub Color / Dress Code / Scrubs provided? any color, needs to be solid color and professional

Unit / Department specific orientation first day, all paperwork and attestations, Epic, show around unit (a few hours), discuss scheduling. 2 additional shifts with preceptor

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission

Driver’s license required for submission
