We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC / R systems, mechanical knowledge, and experience in property maintenance. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Pay is based on level of experience.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Weld and plumb as necessary for installation and repair tasks.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to extend their lifespan and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address any HVAC-related concerns within residential or commercial properties.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role with a focus on HVAC / R systems.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC-related issues.

Familiarity with welding and plumbing practices relevant to HVAC installations.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Certification or relevant training in HVAC technology is preferred but not mandatory.
