Responsibilities :

Create design concepts and develop them through all design phases.

Select and specify interior finish materials, and produce finish material boards.

Utilize space planning, knowledge of codes, and understanding of mechanical systems.

Produce construction documentation, oversee construction administration, and review submittals.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture (CIDA accredited).

NCIDQ certification is a plus.

Experience in Educational and Healthcare sectors is strongly preferred.

Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting design concepts to clients.

Proficient in Revit, Sketchup + Vray, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign.

Experience in finish material selections, specifications, and production of material boards.

Strong skills in space planning, code compliance, and mechanical systems understanding.

Experience in production of construction documentation, construction administration, and review of submittals.

Strong customer service orientation, ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
