• 2 Years Experience\n
• Previous travel experience\n
• Able to read and interpret fetal strips, critical thinking, follow quality metrics, must be able to read strips\n
• BLS, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring\n
• Preferred : ACLS, NRP, STABLE\n\nOther Details : \n
• EMR : Meditech\n
• # of L&D Beds : 15 total- 7 L&D, 8 Postpartum\n
• Do you follow AWHONN guidelines for ratios? : 1 : 1 for pit, mag, or insulin drips. 1 : 3 couplet care\n
• Common diagnoses / Types of patients : Mix. Mainly obstetric / neonates, hypertension, GDM, try not to deliver anyone less than 36 weeks\n
• Could float within skillset\n
• Floating Requirements : Yes - Medsurg, ER. wherever in the hospital the nurse is needed - perm staff is usually first to float\n
