Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty : Physical Therapist
• Discipline : Therapy
• Duration : 26 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift : 8 hours, days
• Employment Type : Travel
• Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and wellness
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations

Qualifications : \n\nLicensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Indiana\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills\n\nExperience in outpatient settings preferred
