We're Village Manor Retirement , and we're hiring a passionate full-time Director of Nursing to join our team in Hartland, MI!

WHAT WE OFFER : Pay :

• $75,000-$85,000 salary

Schedule :

YOUR DAY AS OUR DIRECTOR OF RESIDENTIAL CARE :

Staff Leadership : You will manage, supervise, and train the care services team, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to provide exceptional care.

Resident-Centered Care : You will directly manage the healthcare of all residents, continuously evaluating their needs and coordinating care plans with staff and families.

Operational Oversight : Your role includes scheduling staff, billing for services, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and updated. You'll also be on call 24 / 7 to provide support.

Quality Assurance : You will continuously evaluate processes and procedures to uphold the highest standards of care and ensure our assisted living community meets or exceeds all regulatory requirements.
