Boston Beer Corporation is hiring : Creative Services CO-OP in Boston

Overview

We are currently hiring a Creative Services Co-Op in the Seaport District of Boston, MA.

A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite according to their teams' weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Create, design, and deliver world class custom promotional services (menu cards, banners, posters, case cards etc.) to our internal (sales / office) and external customers (distributors).
• Create and design custom items that reflect our brand strategy to encourage product purchase.
• Display strong attention to detail on one's own work
• Using strong communication skills, build rapport with internal contacts (sales personnel and office employees) and external customers (wholesalers, vendors, etc.) by providing answers to questions and solutions to problems.
• Work directly with print vendors to ensure high quality printing and delivery of point-of-sale (POS).
• Digitally enhance artwork / images supplied from accounts (bars, etc.) for use on custom orders.
• Duplicate orders to customer specifications.
• By own initiative, consult with Legal on liability issues to ensure promotional pieces are compliant with any state / federal restrictions, trademarks, etc.
• Organize custom orders for packaging, including completion of all appropriate shipping information.
• Work as part of a team to ensure all jobs are turned around within the set department expectations.

In accordance with pay transparency laws the rate for this role if hired is $18 - $20 an hour.
