This is a full-time year-round position that includes snow removal during the winter months with some overnight work along with some daytime snow removal.

Responsibilities :

Ability to operate equipment to perform the following tasks; mowing, edging, blowing and pruning along with conducting Spring / Fall clean up tasks.

Lawn Mowing with a Commercial Zero Turn Equipment

Operating hand and power tools.

Ability to see details and follow direction of Team Foreman.

Is a good steward to the customers and the communities we serve. Exhibits a professional image in maintaining professional uniform and seeking out positive interactions with customers.

Ability to assess lawns for proper mowing in providing a consistent and professional lawn maintenance presentation in varying lawn and property conditions.

Maintains safety practices when operating equipment..

Requirements :

• Valid and clean Driver's license.
• Previous lawn care experience preferred but not required.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
• Positive attitude.
• Team player.
