Community healthcare facility looking to bring on Nurse Manager! Sign on Bonus!

32-36 Beds. Managers report to the DON Unit has CNC's to assist with leadership duties.

Coordinates nursing services and accepts organizational accountability for services provided 24 / 7. Provides leadership and supervision of personnel including fostering a climate conducive to learning and development. Assumes responsibility for staffing and scheduling with appropriate utilization of personnel.

Qualifications :

• MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YRS OF CHARGE NURSE / CNC / NURSE MGR EXP. IN AN ACUTE CARE SETTING
• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including / not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
